Our Trust works in partnership with many local, regional and national organisations.  First, as a Church Trust, our partnership with the Diocese of Hereford is central.   Some of our Trustees are appointed by the Diocese (25%), and they work seamlessly with other Trustees at the heart of our organisation. Similarly, the diocese holds 25% of our seats for our Members.  Our partnership is a strong and constructive one. 

We work in partnership within our local network and have especially strong links with both 3-18 schools (a Multi Academy Trust) and Shropshire Church of England Academies Trust, with whom we are developing fellowship work.   

We work with several teacher training partners, but our usual organisation is the Educate Group.  Our partnership with the Educate groups ensures we have very high-quality candidates to train with us, handpicked for their suitability and match to an individual school.   

In Shropshire we value our partnership with our local authority and use their services for a number of key areas, including HR advice, and Education Welfare services.  All of our schools fall within the Shropshire County, so our links with advisors, SEND and Social Services are longstanding and deep.   

Both within Shropshire and beyond, our skills and expertise are recognised and deployed especially in School Improvement.  Our work with Ofsted (we have one Lead inspector and three Ofsted inspectors in our team), means we can approach work with partner trusts informed by that wider perspective and training.
