TrustEd Governance: 

TrustEd Governance is effective and high performing across its tiers.  We have three types of governance: 

• Local Governing Bodies – each school has its own governing body.  See individual school websites for details. 

• Our Trust Board – this group of 12 is chaired by Mark Anderson and includes 25% Diocese representation.  The Trust Board take overall responsibility for our schools.   

• Our Members – a small group of four, chaired by Bill Dowell.  This group meet once a term and have an oversight, but largely ‘hands off’ role.   

Governance is overseen by our clerking services, headed up by Nicky Murray, our Governance Professional.

Our 'CEO' is Sarah Godden. We are committed to developing a distributed leadership model, ensuring that Primary School Leadership and Church School representation is developed at the heart of the Trust. Working under the Board, each school has its own Local Governing Body (LGB). The LGBs are focused on the individual schools and are made up of Governors for the joining school.
