TrustEd School Improvement 

TrustEd School Improvement is a service offered to schools and MATs, which can either be used as a one-off activity OR as a series of improvement days.   

This is a bespoke service centred on your school’s needs and preferences.  All our officers have a proven track record as a successful Headteacher, a track record of supporting school improvement in other schools, AND they will currently be a serving Ofsted inspector.    

The ‘one-off’ service will be based on two days’ work comprised of:  

1. Half a day for our design with you, then our preparation and organisation  

1. A full day’s school visit  

1. Half a day for follow up work, including report writing.    

The tone and style of our TrustEd School Improvement service is developmental and constructive.   The school will not feel like they have been inspected or had a ‘Mocksted’.
