At TrustEd Schools Alliance we have a highly effective and efficient central team. As a central team we know our role is to support schools to flourish - and it is in our schools that our most important work happens.
- We work very carefully to get the balance right between the services we offer schools, and central costs for schools.
- We make sure that our central service spending is impactful for schools - especially where it can bring improvements for our pupils, and value for money for our schools (so they in turn can focus resources on education).
- Our services are concentrated in two main areas: Education and school improvement services; and finance and business services.
As a result of this approach, all of our schools are on strong improvement journeys, and all are financially healthy.
